Products shipped by Elizabeth Scott Agencies are shipped via Australia Post and Fastway. Cost of shipping is calculated automatically from current prices supplied from the respective shippers on-line servers.

Shipping costs for products shipped directly from our suppliers are as charged by the supplier, and will be invoiced by the supplier.

Please check ordered items and invoice details are correct on delivery as claims will not be accepted after 7 days.

 

Returns and Exchanges

By purchasing from Elizabeth Scott Agencies  you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Orders placed by you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. Given this, please be sure to read and make sure you understand the Terms and Conditions prior to placing an order with us.

The information provided on this website is for general information purposes and use only. Every endeavour is made to keep the product information complete and correct, however the customer is responsible for ensuring the product they purchase is suitable for their specific requirements. For personalised service and recommendations, please contact us via email or telephone. Please note any advice given by our staff will be based on the information provided at the time by the customer and therefore Elizabeth Scott Agencies will only be responsible for correct advice per that information, not the actual situation.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Elizabeth Scott Agencies will not accept responsibility for any colour or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Elizabeth Scott Agencies, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colours and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers; for example slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of shininess, and different looks and feel for ‘bamboo’ material.

Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with the Elizabeth Scott Agencies returns policy below.

We endeavour to provide our customers with quality goods at all times but understand that occasionally imperfections may occur and may have slipped through our quality control. In order to provide a prompt and smooth resolution we have implemented the following proceedures to assist should the need arise.

*  Exchange/ Return requests must be made within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.

Please use the online form here to provide us with details of the request.

* Returns must be received within 7 days of return request approval, unless an alternative arangement has been approved by Elizabeth Scott Agencies.

* Any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted unless approved prior by Elizabeth Scott Agencies and will incur a 10% handling and restocking fee.

* A returns authorisation form is required to be completed with a copy of the original invoice or invoice number and sent back with your goods.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Elizabeth Scott Agencies reserves the right to refuse any exchange on returns and/or change of mind items.

It's at the discretion of Elizabeth Scott Agencies  to assess the returned item to determine whether it's fit for return, then notify you of your store credit or exchange or if the item can be repaired. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted.

SALE Items: Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.

Exchange or Store credit note ONLY - Credit  will only be offered if the item is faulty and cannot be replaced or repaired,  providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our office has received the original item that is being returned. Please note we cannot provide refunds.

* Any returns must be covered by the customer with the exception of faulty or defective items.

 * Postage on faulty orders will be applied as a credit to your account, as long as a regular postage service with a tracking number is used, please do not use express post.
